Our Guarantee: If for any justified reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from DV BAZAAR, you may return most merchandise* within 5 days of the purchase date. You may receive a full refund or exchange. In order to receive this full refund or credit, we require that the returned merchandise be in new, complete and original condition. You may exchange most merchandise* within 5 days of the original purchase.

**Returns and Exchanges: Audio & Video Items: All returned/exchanged products must be brand new 100% complete with all parts and packaging materials, less than 15 days old**. All returns must have original proof of purchase provided. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of at least 25% will be charged for merchandise returned without original packing materials, boxes and parts.

All this will be Checked by Sales team and if they foundproduct is in 100% orignal condition then only you can avail the service.


Non-Returnable Merchandise :

1. Special orders may not be returned. Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned or refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Any Bulky material returned is subject to return shipping charges to be deducted from the paid amount. Deposits for special orders that we are unable to cancel are not refundable.
2. Labour or any kind of service charges may not be returned.Products Can be Only Return which meets Seller Policy.
